Kindness
For the past few years, Sherilee has chose a word to keep close in her thoughts. I’ve always admired this and wanted to do the same. But, as in my weight loss efforts, I may have started, faltered, and then stopped.
This year, I’m thinking the word kindness would be a good word to keep close. Kindness to myself (and this means to be kind to my body as well), kindness to others, kindness as a way of life, whenever I can. Kindness in my words…and in my thoughts. Kindness.
Kindness. I’m going to do it!

Beautiful pictures. Kindness is an excellent goal. And how can you be kind to others without also being kind to yourself?

A few years back I began my random acts of kindness campaign. Helping people I see in need. Maybe at the grocery, or post office, or walking down the street (a lady fell), any small act can make someones day. Also remember to smile! A little smile can also make someone feel validated in this world!

I love this post. That first image is amazing. I am always so in awe of the number of family heirloom-y remembrance type of things you have. Kindness – we all can use a little bit more of it.
