windows
This week, Carmi’s Thematic Photographic prompt is “windows”.
Took this up in Portland, Maine while Dave and I were wandering around, checking out the city. It’s gorgeous, and lots of great places to eat…and a fantastic childrens museum, too!
Cropped

I just loved the reflection of the tree in the window!

I particularly love photos of reflections in windows. I did a whole series of them (that I may have even posted on my blog) when Courtney and I went to Rome (obviously this was in Ancient Rome).

I found them on flickr! (Dude, I forgot I had flickr.) Here’s the link: http://www.flickr.com/photos/flickrthismom/sets/72157600185621357/
If it even works . . .

It is lovely- and your reflections are stunning! I need to visit Portland, Maine next time I’m out there.

Those reflections in the window are great! Love the geometric look too.

I can’t remember ever having been to Maine. I’d like to visit, though.
Lovely picture, Janet.

The cropped picture would have had a top spot when we had a ‘reflections’ theme earlier.

Great reflection, but I also like the way that bottom part contrasts with the rest of the building.

Seeing trees reflected in windows is always a special love of mine too. Beautiful.

The tree reflection, yes, and the upper molding above the window — wonderful architectural features!
