As I just told Kizz, during the week I’ve got my timer set on the phone to signal me every two hours* to eat a little something**…half a single serving container of yogurt (I’m loving Chobani Greek w/pineapple) with some healthy cereal (such as 1/8 cup All-Bran & 1/8 cup Special K cinnamon pecan or red berries) [160 calories], a handful of almonds (I take out a serving size, 14, and eat them slowly) [160], a couple wasa sourdough crispbreads with a bit of peanut butter [165], a boiled egg [80], a couple of medjool dates [132]. Lots of water, and a cup of unsweetened tea, a cup, maybe two of black coffee. I WILL get this weight off!!!
*cause I’m a bad judge of time otherwise, this way no inadvertant cheating!
**until I go to bed…I’m not waking myself up to eat LMAO

I with I felt well enough to eat. Gah! At least I lost weight this week at WW!

It’s hard to change habits, but if you continue to eat this way, it will become second nature. I’ve been doing it since about 2001 and I don’t even think about it any more. My belly pokes me when it’s time to eat again!

I was doing really well with eating a large, late lunch and a snack for dinner, but that’s by the wayside for now.

I’m supposed to be eating every 3 hours, but my personal trainer/chef has fallen down on the job. I *know* I am supposed to do this myself, but if I was able to do it, I wouldn’t still have 55+ pounds to lose.
