As I just told Kizz, during the week I’ve got my timer set on the phone to signal me every two hours* to eat a little something**…half a single serving container of yogurt (I’m loving Chobani Greek w/pineapple) with some healthy cereal (such as 1/8 cup All-Bran & 1/8 cup Special K cinnamon pecan or red berries) [160 calories], a handful of almonds (I take out a serving size, 14, and eat them slowly) , a couple wasa sourdough crispbreads with a bit of peanut butter , a boiled egg , a couple of medjool dates . Lots of water, and a cup of unsweetened tea, a cup, maybe two of black coffee. I WILL get this weight off!!!
*cause I’m a bad judge of time otherwise, this way no inadvertant cheating!
**until I go to bed…I’m not waking myself up to eat LMAO
