Just another Manic Monday…two for the price of one!
If you could go back in time what would your current day self tell your 18-year-old self? Don’t change a thing…you’ll grow and learn and be rewarded in the end. But…cut down on the hot dogs and processed meats…maybe you won’t need surgery in 2009!!! Oh, and ENJOY your parents more!
Name one thing you could do to improve any important relationship in your life. Get rid of the 1% of doubt that rears it’s ugly head from time to time.
If you were guaranteed honest responses to any three questions, whom would you question, and what would you ask? hmmm…I’m not a big fan of asking questions I’m not sure I’d want the answer to…and I pretty much ask the questions I do want answers to…

What was the high point of last month? Oh well, to put a positive spin on it…the day I had surgery on my spine…and why would that be the high point? Cause they found out what was really wrong, and the pain was finally gone!!!

I would tell my 18yo self to go to a different college (my 2nd choice), where I would avoid a relationship disaster and maybe, as icing on the cake, meet my husband sooner.

I think your advice to your 18 year-old self is the best I’ve read! So true, so very true. It’s just that growing part can be hard.
