‘green’
Today’s prompt is NaBloPoMo: In what ways have you become ‘green’ in the past few years? Do you think that it has made a difference? I was more ‘green’ when I lived in the old house than I am in the condo…the reason is the condo doesn’t have any recycling resources! The main thing I do is save my cans and bottles for the older man who goes to each of the dumpsters to retrieve them. I put ‘em in a bag so he doesn’t have to dig through the trash.

I too was more green in my last place. It is harder here because recycle only gets collected 2x a month instead of every week but I am trying my best!

Your condo doesn’t have recycling services?!? That’s so 1990’s! [Good for you, helping out the guy who does collect recyclables]
I try to combine trips and run fewer errands. I ask myself: do I really need ____? The answer is often “no.” Then I stay at home on my butt in front of the computer! LOL
