What sound or noise do you love? The sound of waves crashing on the beach; when Wolf makes these woowoowoo sounds; Led Zeppelin; the wind in the trees.
What sound or noise do you hate? Gah! Gum snapping is right up there at the top of my list.
What profession other than your own would you like to attempt? Food photographer!
What profession would you not like to do? The list is long.

Is that tea pot in the back one from my mother? I know she had one just like it. She got rid of so much stuff when they moved here.

I totally forgot about the wind in the trees. I’m listening to that right now. That’s one thing I love about this house– big trees!

I love the sound of slamming wooden screen doors and rain. Yes, you would make an excellent (paid) photographer ~ go for it.

I agree about the gum smacking, and people who smack their lips when they are eating, UGH!!!

Great post! Looking at your answers, I realized I forgot to mention the sound of the waves, the rain, a little creek running nearby… I love the sound of water.

I agree with you and Siani – waves crashing to the shore is about the best sound in the world!

What sound or noise do you love? The sound of bees flying for the first time.
What sound or noise do you hate? The sound a hive makes the second it’s queen dies. It’s like bee keening.
What profession other than your own would you like to attempt? Well fuck me, I don’t have any idea. I guess I’m pretty happy as an author, dream maker, beekeeper….

Ohhhh, gum snapping drives me crazy. If I had to attempt another profession, I would start a day-camp for miniature dachshunds.
