Friday Fill-Ins #54
You can find the Friday Fill-Ins here!
1. Snowdrops are everywhere online lately.
2. I’m going to sunny, warm Florida in March.
3. Over The Hills and Far Away* is a song whose lyrics have meaning to me.
4. Just one sip and I’m warmed and content.
5. At the beach is where I’m happiest.
6. I believe that laughter is a necessary part of life.
7. And as for the weekend, tonight I’m looking forward to celebrating Dad’s 83rd birthday, tomorrow my plans include getting my hair cut & colored and Sunday, I want to get some stuff done around the house since I’ll be gone next weekend!

*Over the hills and far away…
Live version (great for seeing vintage Zep)
Studio version, pure listening pleasure
Many times I’ve loved – Many times been bitten
Many times I’ve gazed along the open road.
Many times I’ve lied – Many times I’ve listened
Many times I’ve wondered how much there is to know.

Is that photo your current weather or something you’ve taken in the past?
Either way, it’s beautiful. As a photo, that is. I’m sick of seeing that white s*** falling out of the sky and covering the ground around here. Heh.

First, beautiful shot!
1. Snowdrops are all over my back yard
2. I’m going to get this weight off, I really am!
3. 100 years is a song whose lyrics have meaning to me.
4. Just one doggy kiss and I’m warmed and content.
5. At my home is where I’m happiest.
6. I believe that laughter is a necessary part of life.
7. And as for the weekend, tonight I’m probably not doing much, tomorrow my plans include doing some things with the kids and Sunday, I want to get some stuff done around the house since I have been nearly bedridden this week.

Very nice picture, though I admit, it doesn’t make me miss snow- the 2 inches we had last week plus the ice/snow storm a few weeks before were quite enough thank you!
Neat idea on linking you tube video to your song lyrics (good choice on the song too) I’ll have to see if I can find anything for mine.

Happy Birthday to you dad. Have a wonderful weekend.

Stunning picture! When we get snow where I am in the UK, it’s about 1 inch and melts too fast to look anything like that! Loved the lyrics too and the way you linked them!
Great Friday Fill-In- thank you for visiting mine!

Many dreams come true and some have silver linings
I live for my dream and a pocketful of gold.
Mellow is the man who knows what he’s been missing
Many many men can’t see the open road.
Many is a word that only leaves you guessing
Guessing ’bout a thing you really ought to know,
You really ought to know…
I really ought to know…

I hope you enjoy your trip to Florida next month, Janet. I have never been to the state, but maybe someday. I hope your dad has a great birthday and have a good weekend!
