One of the things I love most about Dave and I living together is the fact he cooks dinner most nights. This is because he gets home much earlier than I. Plus he’s an amazing cook! Some of the things he’s made:

stuffed cornish game hens
trout w/lemon and butter
stuffed peppers
chicken sausage with sauce & angel hair pasta
liver and onions (which, ok, probably most of you don’t like, but…YUM)

He makes delicious accompaniments, such as brown rice or quinoa and veggies and always arranges the food so nicely on the plates. I asked him once what I did to deserve him…and his answer was, “You were born.”

More good news: Mish’s parents were found alive and well in Sendai!!! WOOHOO! I’m so happy for her
