1. I’m healhy, I’m relatively happy, I enjoy life.

2. Why do I have things I HAVE to do and not things I WANT to do?

3. How does this life work, anyway?

4. Every morning, I put scent on my pulse points.

5. I consider myself lucky because I’m still alive after doing many crazy things in my life.

6. One day we’ll see Japan again [yesssss, precioussss, we will!].

7. And as for the weekend, tonight I’m looking forward to listening to Malcolm’s radio show, tomorrow my plans include shabu shabu and a movie in one of my favorite places, Harvard Square and Sunday, I want to meet with the realtor (not!)!

Tamy tagged me with this waaaay back in October. I thought it’d make a fun T13 and for some reason it got lost in my drafts! So … I’m finally doing it!

1. MB needs…a useful modification. Well! I think she’s had QUITE the modification already; she joined WW and met her goal! Well done, cuz!!!
2. Michelle needs a break and if you’ve been reading her blog, you’ll know it’s true!
3. Heather needs men …now! Because Heather likes to play rough!!! Um… Heather, is there something you’re not telling me??!
4. Lisa needs braces! She doesn’t but haysus, I went through SEVEN pages of Google and that’s all it said.
5. Erin needs another miracle. Do you, Erin? Hmmm…miracles do happen, all the time…
6. Sara needs A Loving, Playful Home. She might at that! I know I do LOL!
7. Cheri needs to turn 4 more or gain 83 more Zombie points to reach the next level : Zombie Lifeguard! HAHAHAH this one made me laugh SO hard! Cheri! Is that TRUE?
8. Maggie Needs A Man-Whore (it was either that or Maggie needs an alibi LMAO). It’s a Scrubs vid, Maggie, don’t be mad!
9. Jenn needs a healthy dose of sweet, magical caffeine. That might be true!
10. Debbie needs to look behind her…oooh, what do you see?! Hope it’s not those zombies bothering Cheri!
11. Tink needs a ton of pixie dust! I bet she does, she sprinkles it around so much!
12. Julie needs a caring, nurturing placement with consistent boundaries…well, that could be very true!
13. Gary needs to sit down and lather up with some Hot Link grease or something… hey…I don’t know!

Anyway, kizz tasked me with this: “Janet, how about you tell us about your worst kiss. Everybody talks about the good ones!”

My worst kiss…hmmm…might that be the firefighter with the horrid coffee breath? Or the tongue and smear guy? Or how about the guy that had a piece of food stuck in his teeth and it became dislodged…and landed on my tongue? How about the aggressive kisser that did everything waaaay too hard…and believe me, that’s saying a lot, coming from me.

I was reading this article online: Commentary: This is not your father’s country anymore and one particular sentence, “At the end of the day, we are going to have to settle for less. Less money, smaller houses, smaller cars and smaller dreams.“, really caught my eye. In these times of going green[er], what is so bad about smaller houses and smaller cars and why does that equal smaller dreams? Must everyone aspire to a mcmansion and a hummer? If so, why? Why is that the American dream? I really don’t understand this. Why is it bad to live simply and frugally? Why is that anti-American?
