Yay for no more stitches and sleeping in!!

I hated cranberries as a kid and I only remember us having canned. As an adult, I love my aunt’s homemade and have yet to try the canned jelly stuff – but I like the sound it makes coming out of the can!!

I’ve never had canned, but my husband grew up on it and he does like my homemade (or at least he says he does . . . hmmm).

Nothing wrong with a canned jelly (in the shape of the can is best, LOL ) but I am partial to my cranberry-orange relish. I cut the sugar down to just 1/2 cup this year and it was perfect!
And I slept in until 8am today.

I like both! The canned is good stuff, and reminds me of childhood T’givings. But my sister in law made a lovely sauce with fresh cranberries and Mandarin oranges- so yummy! Guess from here on out it’ll depend on my mood?

Glad you’re feeling better and are able to get around a little more!
