For question #1 - I'd spend the next 14 days making sure I had a good financial planner, and that all of the technical aspects of my life were in order - then I would have the surgery and live more simply. Maybe it’s me, maybe I am crazy but i would choose 10 minutes on the moon – millions of people get to europe every year; hardly anyone gets to go to the MOON!

For question #1 – I’d spend the next 14 days making sure I had a good financial planner, and that all of the technical aspects of my life were in order – then I would have the surgery and live more simply.
